INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Unsalted butter – Sugar – Salt false

STEP 1

In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar, salt, and lemon zest on medium speed until light and fluffy. false

STEP 2

Fold the blueberries in by hand using a spatula, trying not to break the berries.  The batter will be thick. false

STEP 3

Take streusel and make approximately marble-sized clumps with your fist and sprinkle on top of batter. false

Bake until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
